Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Protokol Keselamatan Pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap Di Puskesmas Batu

Keselamatan pasien merupakan prioritas utama dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas layanan di fasilitas kesehatan. Survei awal di Puskesmas Batu menunjukkan masih terdapat ketidakkonsistenan dalam penerapan protokol keselamatan pasien, terutama pada kondisi beban kerja tinggi dan keterbatasan jumlah tenaga keperawatan Mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan pelaksanaan protokol keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap di Puskesmas Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan pelaksanaan. Analisis bivariat dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antara kepuasan kerja perawat dan pelaksanaan protokol keselamatan pasien menggunakan uji Somers’ d karena kedua variabel berskala ordinal. Hasil Analisis Korelasi Somers’d dengan hasil Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,865 menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja perawat, maka semakin tinggi pula kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan protokol keselamatan pasien. Nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 menegaskan bahwa hubungan tersebut bermakna secara statistik. Semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja perawat, maka semakin tinggi pula kepatuhan mereka dalam melaksanakan protokol keselamatan pasien. Seluruh perawat yang berada pada kategori puas (100%) menunjukkan kepatuhan penuh.
