Pendidikan Kesehatan Melalui E-Modul Digital Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Perawatan Diri Kesehatan Jiwa Santri Di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Pada Remaja

Kesehatan jiwa remaja, khususnya santri di pondok pesantren, menghadapi tantangan signifikan akibat tekanan akademik, religius, dan sosial serta keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan mental. Pendidikan kesehatan melalui e-modul digital merupakan salah satu strategi inovatif yang berpotensi meningkatkan kemampuan perawatan diri kesehatan jiwa santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui e-modul digital terhadap kemampuan perawatan diri kesehatan jiwa santri di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group design yang melibatkan 80 santri yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi yang menerima e-modul digital dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima media leaflet. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Mindful Self-Care Scale untuk mengukur kemampuan perawatan diri kesehatan jiwa santri dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok intervensi mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator perawatan diri dengan nilai p=0,000–0,001, sedangkan kelompok kontrol juga mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai p=0,001–0,002, namun dengan selisih rerata pretest dan posttest yang lebih kecil. Secara klinis, peningkatan pada kelompok intervensi lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-modul digital efektif meningkatkan kemampuan perawatan diri kesehatan jiwa santri dan direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan luas di lingkungan pesantren serta layanan kesehatan komunitas.
